As a HR Data Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for managing, leading and delivering the analytics strategy and measurement for BBC HR. You will be able to work autonomously and help more junior staff on projects they are delivering. As a Data Analytics Specialist within BBC HR you must act as a point of escalation for complex queries and offer guidance ensuring they are either resolved or managed appropriately, whether in using data structures and associated data components efficiently, or in relation to any other issue specific to data analytics.

As a HR Data Analytics Specialist you will investigate data requirements, and apply data selection, data curation, data quality assurance and data investigation and engineering techniques within BBC HR, helping to most effectively organise their data. You will undertake data processing to produce data sets for study and will perform investigations using techniques including machine learning to reveal new opportunities within BBC HR. You will also present data and investigation results along with compelling business opportunities to senior stakeholders.
