It's 45 months since the charity Kids Company closed its doors - 5th August 2015. Today, in Hearing Room 7 of the Rolls Building, Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Middleton (unrobed) was down to hear the directors’ disqualification case against Camila Batmanghelidjh (chief executive) & Alan Yentob (chairman) of the charity Keeping Kids Company. Were they unfit ? Let's hope the court was packed with reporters.
