We had a minor 25-year-reunion last month for people who started up 5Live news programmes, and some fell to wondering what had happened to Sara Nathan, first editor of The Magazine, hosted by Diana Madill.
She's now back at the BBC, around three days a week, as something called a "Senior Hearings Manager", mostly dealing with equal pay grievances. Gone, it seems, are the days, when BBC managers took on grievance hearings within their day jobs.
