BBC Wales/Cymru's new retail chums are ahead of the game. 9,000sq ft of their new headquarters in Cardiff will be given over to shops, directly leased from developers Rightacres. And this week Pret A Manger opened its doors. On the way - a small Tesco, Boots and Greggs.
This is faster than the BBC can work. They've had the keys since April, but fit-out for broadcasting is expected to take eighteen months, with first staff moving in at the end of 2019.
