The unique story of managing talent

Still time to get tickets for Thursday's Great Place to Work conference at the Mansion House in Dublin. Look at the quality of the first two agenda items.

After welcoming the day's conference delegates, Great Place to Work Ireland CEO John Ryan will loosen us all up for the morning with some stretches and bends courtesy of Kerry from Ki-atsu Yoga. Kerry has great experience at relieving aches & pains common to office workers, as well as dealing with stress; setting us all up nicely for a day filled with learning and discovery. Kerry will keep us all loose, limber, and ready to learn with some check-in stretches throughout the day.

With a major transformation of the media workplace taking place over recent years, Valerie Hughes-D'Aeth of the BBC is ideally placed to tell a unique story about managing talent while working with political stakeholders, a public service remit, and a scrutinised license fee; all while a multitude of digital channels converge with an era of reduced budgets.
