Well, Culture Secretary Karen Bradley says the NAO will have access to conduct 'Value For Money' studies in BBC commercial subsidiaries. This will include BBC Worldwide, BBC Studios, BBC StudioWorks and maybe even the shadowy BBC Global News Ltd.
She also revealed that Ofcom will have some unspecified role in monitoring production targets outside London, and that the new governance structure - Unitary Board, Ofcom, etc - will start on April 3rd. Until then, Queensbury rules apply, as now.
