BBC expenses are out for the final quarter of 2015/16. Nathalie Humphreys, key player in the formation of BBC Studios until a late parting of the ways with new boss Mark Linsey at the beginning of May, racked up over £8,500 in taxis, trains, flights and hotels. All without leaving the UK.

I've no idea of the temperatures in the UK on 27 September 2015, but Gavin Allen, Controller of Daily News Programmes, on a salary of £143,500, claimed £2 for a bottle of water. Size not declared.
