From BBC Trust full minutes from 20 September....
The Chairman of the Audiences and Performance Committee informed the Trust
that BBC Three had breached its service licence by broadcasting non-Olympics
programming in the morning in its extended transmission hours in August. The
committee had discussed with the Executive how to prevent such breaches
happening in future. The Trust concluded that this was a minor breach of the service
licence and that the appropriate sanction would be to make the breach public via the
meeting minutes.
