I wonder whose call it was that the Pollard Inquiry should use a barrister to ask questions - and that those interviewed should be entitled to legal representation ?
Prisoner's friends are free; m'learned friends are not. Some simple questions - but the price of the answers, with a dozen or so witnesses, all with retained advice, possibly at silk level, is going to be unprecedented for Auntie. But then, expensive careers are at stake.
