Staff at the BBC will be interested to know that the man leading the latest charge towards a new pay and grading structure is called Andrew Erhardt-Lewis.
He most recently bills himself as a senior consultant at Deloitte. He comes from Grand Rapids, Michigan, via Michigan State University and a Masters in Korean Studies at Sogang University. He previously specialised in "flexible pay" at Hewitt Associates.
