Congratulations to Alison Bexfield, who's moved from gatekeeper to, er, gatekeeper, at the BBC. Until November, she was Head of Finance and Compliance at the BBC Trust; now she's Head of Audit, Public Services, working for the Executive.
Alison is a 3rd Dan at "Go" - husband Simon is a 1st Dan. Earlier this year they hosted a weekend at their home in Letchworth, aimed at encouraging the development of British players, with talks from leading European Go player, Guo Juan, and featuring a "Gonging Out" Rengo on the Saturday night.
