I'm sure the Andy Parfitt leaving tape from BBC Radio 1 will be celebrity-packed. But we need other stuff.  How about Parfitt the BFBS DJ for six months, in the Falklands two years after Thatcher drove out the Argies ?

Or Parfitt the Popstar - playing the trumpet in an unnamed Bristol band, prior to joining Auntie ?

Or Parfitt the Unpaid Actor, reading out grumpy listeners' letters on Feedback ?
