First today "savage cuts" threaten BBC Wales - and now the Belfast Telegraph has worries about cut backs at Radio Ulster: "Will big names survive the cull ?" The names in the frame are apparently Alan Simpson and Ralph McLean.
There's clearly something wrong with the usual leaking channels at BBC Scotland. Perhaps they're behaving themselves because of the impending arrival of BBC Alba on Freeview. Evening radio less vital in Scotland.
