The desks of the HQ team of Radio 4 and 4 Extra in Broadcasting House were a hive of activity yesterday morning. I'm not suggesting this is in any way unusual, but BBC Chairman Lord Patten was on a "meet the troops" visit.
There are prizes for a full copy of the email to staff from a Radio 4 manager which contains the immortal words "Look busy".
