4% of the BBC's staff have declared, voluntarily, their sexual orientation. 7 say they are bisexual, 39 say they are "gay men", 39 say they are "gay women/lesbians", and 848 have indicated they are "heterosexual/straight". Obviously, this doesn't tell the whole story...
