Carpentry news
Here's a picture of Radio 1/1Xtra Controller Andy Parfitt visiting the student radio studios at Bournemouth University. Two things appeal - the changing eyewear and facial hair of Parf-Daddy, as he enters the grooves (surely "groves" ? Ed) of academe; and the unstoppable drive of BBC and university engineering teams to encase items of equipment in bespoke bevelled pine, beech and birch. Does anyone else do this ?
