Making your mind up

There's rather careful language in Patrick Foster's piece in the (register for free, soon to be paywalled) Times, headlined "6Music in line for a reprieve as BBC listens to protests". He actually says the Trustees are likely to call for further research on the station, thus deferring a decision, rather than making one. Brave, eh ?
