As the UK posts its bid documents, a Liverpool City Council officer has said the city needs BOTH Anfield and Goodison Park replacing if we are to host the World Cup in either 2018 or 2022.
With the title "Executive Director of Regeneration", John Kelly has thus biffed the idea of a shared stadium. Which is a shame.
