Shrinking ?

Elegant slides are now available from Erik Huggers' presentation to the Changing Media Summit organised by The Guardian yesterday. This one caught my eye - captioned "From 400 websites to 200 - and one coherent service". Graphically, you might think, the right hand image of the future might then be smaller.... And there's an odd, unexplained reference to "social" which also appears in later slides. The BBC still can't get it in its head that it should leave Facebook, Plentyoffish and messageboards, etc, alone to do a job they can do better.
