Sometimes you don't want to check at story too far in case it crumbles. So I haven't actually looked for a Sky TV in Jersey to validate this...
Why would anyone want their tv news an hour late ? Some viewers with Sky boxes in odd parts of the country and further afield can apparently watch a new service billed on their Electronic Programme Guides as "Sky News + 1". It's not really a long-term ambition of the Osterley team. It's a place-holder against launching Sky News HD, which might arrive in time for a May election.
