You have to admire Sky News' chutzpah. They are determined to "own" the idea of a leader debate in the run-up to the next general election. Adam Boulton waxes on here.
It is back to being a joint proposal from Sky, ITN and the BBC. Sky's "partners" don't get a mention on the ever-present message "join our petition for a leaders' debate" wearing out our screens on the Sky ticker. And the partners want it taken down. It's still there.
