The appearance of Liverpool One (or at least its masterplan) in the Stirling Prize shortlist allows me to remind readers of the terrific wheeze that came from Everton FC's marketing team. Their second outlet selling shirts etc., is in the new development, giving it the key address - Everton 2, Liverpool 1.
