Two Marks

Mark Popescu, who in the past has edited both News At Ten on ITV and the Ten O'Clock News on BBC1, has resurfaced as Head of News - this time for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. In one of those spooky coincidences, he succeeds Mark Devane, who's on his way to the BBC Trust as Head of Communications.
