Bourne again

We previously brought you news of two Welsh Tories in trouble for claiming I-Pods on expenses. Now one is in the headlines again, for using his expense allowance to maintain a website that might be outside the rules. According to the Western Mail (whose virtual brand is Wales Online) Nick Bourne claimed public funds to maintain a site for the Conservative Group he leads - but the site (when last examined) was simply promoting Nick Bourne.
