(Less) independent radio news

The Guardian reports that Independent Radio News is moving to take news feeds/bulletins from Sky News, rather than ITN. That probably means its tenure in Grays Inn Road is up, and what's left of the organisation (if anything) is on its way to Osterley. Another erosion of plurality of provision, or inevitable consequence of the re-shaping of commercial radio in the UK ?
