Just back from a (fairly regular) August week in Brittany - and I think it's fair to say the French remain puzzled, at the least, at Britain's Olympic cycling successes. Road racing in France is a national sport; the Tour de France is the key tournament - yet....
The web site for British Cycling is impressive, and lists 1441 clubs around the UK, covering everything from BMX to Cycling for Grannies. I suspect that list may grow...
