I have at least one reader who wishes I'd stop droning on about the clickbaity women's magazine aspects of BBC News Online.
I have resolved to continue the battle. At number 3 in the most read section this morning, "They have six packs - but they're still jumping on and off weight-loss jabs". It features no less than two users of weight loss jabs, Gabriela and Andrew, and then a run-round some experts. I await comments....
Keep up the good work! This sort of cheap clickbait - together with the current headless pursuit of the US market - are both indicative of just how much BBC News has lost its proper sense of purpose. (With recent events showing the consequences.) A return to a more muscular journalism - but without any six-packs - is badly needed for any credibility.
