Bold journey

With experienced journalists being shoved closer to redundancy at News Content and the Asian Network, it's uncomfortable to see where the BBC is actually recruiting. Apparently they need an extra comms person to handle 'talking' to staff, in the role of 'Employee Insights Lead', at up to £55k.

Following the publication of the independent Workplace Culture Review by Change Associates, the BBC is embarking on a bold journey to embed the review’s recommendations and foster a more inclusive, respectful, and accountable workplace. Central to this is our new "Call It Out" campaign, which champions open dialogue, celebrates positive behaviours, and ensures concerns are addressed transparently and promptly.

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Employee Insights Lead to help shape and deliver the communications that will bring this transformation to life across the organisation.

I can think of a few who'd 'call' this move 'out'.
