Alan Yentob reflects on life in a long podcast with Simon Astaire, and claims that on his first day as a BBC General Trainee, spent at Bush House, he interviewed Harold Pinter in the morning and Idi Amin in the afternoon.
Alan also confesses he's taken to smoking the odd 'cigarillo', and requests that Simon doesn't tell his wife.
