The gift that keeps giving - another phase of construction has just started at the Television Centre site sold by the BBC back in 2012 for just £200m. Developers Mitsui Fudosan (UK) and Stanhope will get 347 apartments and townhouses to sell from the 9-storey "Scenery House" and the 25-storey "The Ariel".
The site has already provided 574 homes and over half a million square feet of office space.
