With BBC News under siege, their Director of Journalism, Jonathan Munro still made time this week for a promotional visit to Sydney, alongside BBC World lead presenter Lucy Hockings. Their session also featured online contributions from Tom Bateman in Israel and James Waterhouse in Ukraine. 

The BBC's report of the panel discussion doesn't mention 'terrorism' or 'Hamas'; Mr Munro's monthly missive to his staff mentions 'Hamas' but not terrorism. 

I'm not sure where Jonathan will be this evening, but he's taking part in a Zoom panel organised by the Media Society, with chair Gavin Esler, so I'm sure the discussion will be focussed.
