Becky across England

A week of late night farewells across BBC local radio in England has cleared the decks for tonight's arrival of Late Night Becky, running five days a week from 10pm til 1pm.

Much rests on Becky: older radio heads used to say it's important to keep the bedside radio tuned to YOUR station at night-time, to make sure the breakfast audience figures benefit. Becky's got to do that for 37 stations. 

Becky likes Take That, Peter Kay, good books and Valencia. Her first billed guest is Clare Andrews, author of The Ultimate Air Fryer Cook Book and The Ultimate Slow Cooker Cookbook (as heard on Radio Kent 28th September,  Radio Sussex 24th August, Radio Manchester 18th February)
