Sharp exit

The FT says the first draft of the Heppinstall report into the appointment of Richard Sharp as BBC Chairman makes grim reading.

Mr Sharp can only challenge inaccuracies at this stage. That's not going to save him. He must now consult his internal and external PR advisers about how best to choreograph his departure.

Remember that the Telegraph told us he would be appointed back in October 2020. Charades, anyone ?
