Who is the agent wrangling with the BBC over the appropriate remuneration for dancing judge Shirley Ballas ?
Ashley Vallance is a director of the Intertalent Group, headed by (honorary) Professor Jonathan Shalit. He was a child pillar of the Farnborough Amateur Operatic Society, from an appearance in their premiere of Kurt Weill's Street Scene in 1991, as 'Billie'; to a semi-professional Babes in the Wood at the Princes Hall, Aldershot; Lampwick in 'Pinocchio' at Camberley Civic Hall; and Barnaby Tucker in 'Hello Dolly' again at the Princes Hall.
He studied at Queen Mary's College, Basingstoke, and won 1st Class Honours from the Guildford School of Acting.
His work with Shirley is the subject of no less than three 'case studies' on the Intertalent website, including her bestselling autobiography, Behind the Sequins, and her role as a champion of Symprove Probiotic Drinks.
Shirley's tactics ?
