It looks like Rob Burley is abandoning his old chum Andrew Marr at LBC after less than a year, for the lure of tv and a gig producing Beth Rigby's Thursday show at Sky News.
Rob is also writing a book, for Harper Collins, on his life so far in tv politics - most of it at the BBC, where he became editor of live political programmes in succession to Robbie Gibb. It'll be his second book - the first was 2003's 'Songbird', a biography of Eva Cassidy, written with Johnny Maitland.
Here's Rob back in 2019, explaining why he's been a bit of a Twitter player.
