The BBC in Salford wants to hire a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, particularly "a people oriented Delivery Manager with a high EQ"

I had to look it up - nowt to do with the equalization of sounds frequencies, it's Emotional Quotient, apparently the same as 'emotional intelligence'.
