March on

The BBC Board was still meeting by video conference in March this year; February's minutes are either late, needing amendment, or the meeting never happed.

Minutes from March tell BBC buildings in England were just over two-thirds 'full', the 'hybrid model working delivering a 68% occupancy rate.

The minutes talk about 'the Maida Vale development', rather than the sale of the building, which now has onerous listed protections of certain parts. What will they dream up ?

Up before the board - a process to steer bidding for undisclosed sports rights. And an investment case for Dr Who, which means serious money and risk is involved, to reach the top dogs. The Board approved investment in nine episodes - the case might have asked for more.
