Desperate times at TalkTV. Piers Morgan Uncensored opted for a lead 'debate' on wimmin, starting with a live interview with masked trans-rights activist 'Jane', and provoked six words that needed bleeping out unbleeped before ending the interview, the last being the most offensive, in a programme that goes out before the watershed in the UK. He followed this with an interview with Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull, seen once before already this week on TalkTV - no rude words, but a woman looking for a verbal fight at every turn.
All was safely bleeped by the 11pm repeat. Othe guests: Dickie Arbiter, 81, William Shatner, 91, and John Schnatter (Did the Rolodex get stuck ?).
Is this the week of the great audience turn-round ?
11.30am update: Looks like Piers scored around 40,000 average in the overnights, just behind Mark Steyn in the same time slot on GB News. It's doubtful if the production team behind Steyn reaches double figures.
