Rationale

If businesses are managing to keep going with fewer people in the office, 'cui bono', as Gavin Williamson might say, if we end 'working from home' ? 

Perhaps it's property companies, who like their offices full, using the shops and cafes nearby, which they also own.  Many of these companies advise the Conservative Party, eh, Rishi ?
