Bother in Belfast

There are now two court cases pending against the BBC in Northern Ireland, with historic claims of bullying. Former TV current affairs producer Lena Ferguson, who worked on some episodes of Spotlight about "The Troubles", alleges she was forced to leave after being subjected to bullying, foul-mouthed abuse and intimidation. The series examined Britain’s intelligence war against the Provisional IRA.

Now former BBC NI PR chief Una Carlin, who left the Corporation in 2016 after 15 years in post, is seeking High Court damages alleging harassment.

Back in June, the DUP's Gregory Campbell raised questions with John Whittingdale of the DCMS but got  nowhere.
