Location, location

The appointment of Egon Zehnder to find a new Chief Operating Officer for the BBC (financial qualifications desirable but not essential) allows us to pick up on the career of lead headhunter Dom Loehnis, David Cameron's best man.

Dom is also chairman of the board at Modern Art, Oxford. He has been able to fund a brand new home at Little Tew, near Chipping Norton, steel-framed, curved and with several double height spaces. It's a sort of mini-version of Television Centre, which, perhaps unfortunately, EZ have put on the front of their brochure for the COO role. Whilst BBC Studios still have office space there, and BBC Studioworks operate three television studios, the BBC's HQ is very much Broadcasting House. Come ON, Dom.
