Deckchairs

Some shuffling of the morning schedules at the BBC from today. Breakfast runs from 0600 to 0915, to bewilder those who might switch to Lorraine at 0900, then comes Crimewatch Roadshow. The domestic issue-led Victoria Derbyshire News Hour, 0900-1000 which has done well on BBC1, moves to BBC2, giving it a three-and-a-bit hour run.

Have the BBC moved too fast ?  It's thought Breakfast has suffered more than Good Morning Britain from the getting-up-later-working-at-home effect, reducing average audiences quite severely in the 0600-0730 period. Should Victoria have stayed on BBC1 till, say, Christmas ?
