Status

The normal gracious choreography around a senior exit from the BBC doesn't seem to be applying to Matthew Postgate. The technology supremo announced his resignation to colleagues during a Zoom session on Thursday, and there's still no sign of a news release from the BBC side, which is galling some of his management team at MediaCityUK.  

Mr Postgate will presumably still have his non-executive director role at Strategic Command (UKStratCom), formerly Joint Forces Command, acquired in January this year.
