Mo-ments

Some nuggets from Radio 4 Controller Mohit Bakaya, interview on Feedback after close to a year in the job...

"A tiny, tiny fraction of our money goes on podcasts"

"We are the biggest network in Sounds; most of the listening in Sounds, both live and on-demand, if you put it together, is to Radio 4 content."

"Sadly, 'In Business' is a cut which has been imposed on Radio 4 as a result of the News cuts.....I don't want any programmes to go on Radio 4 that are important, and 'In Business' was an important programme."

"There are going to be fewer reporters on the news sequences, there is no doubt about that, and that's not a cause for celebration......what News are saying to us is that there is an awful lot of brave journalism that we do every day that doesn't get in front of audiences very much."
