Leading the way

As we slip back to the old normal, BBC1 news bulletins are slightly off their Covid peaks. Nonetheless, for the most recent week of figures, June 22 to June 28, they still take eight of the top 15 ratings for the channel - and that's without counting the cumulative total of the 6.30pm regional shows.  This time last year, it was five out of 15.  Cuts ?  Us ?
