From the CNN internal memo that revealed the news organisation is putting the "For Sale" sign up on the CNN Centre in the heart of Atlanta, the network's iconic home since 1987. 

The shut-down won't be instant - CNN want a five-year leaseback as part of any deal, as they re-locate operations to the Atlanta Techwood campus, New York and even London.
