R4's built programmes bring moments of serendipity. Today, a mirror to the UK's current problems came in three stages.
First, the penultimate of the current series of More or Less (which could easily be renamed "Stick It To Hancock"). Controller Mo should very quickly consider extending its run.
Then, an episode of Legacy of War, with Francis and Clare Beckett telling of their fascist (and Jewish) father and offering warning indicators from the present.
And third, a reading from a book by a former Met Chief Superintendent, focussing on knife crime.
