The I'm-sure-entirely-principled stand of BBC Sounds on Google (they won't let Google use their podcasts; they're delighted Google hosts the BBC Sounds app for Android on Google Play) continues.
Former Beeboid and podcast guru James Cridland notes that Google is now supplying to allcomers the detailed user data on podcasts that the BBC complained it has been denied. And that Google's search engine is now coming up regularly with BBC links when searching for BBC podcasts. Not, apparently, good enough for Sounds.
