There's a journalistic study to be done on the development of the "Boris on oxygen" story, that first made it into mainstream media mid-morning. The first dodgy Tweet I can find came at 10pm last night, from the The Blairite Witch Project. Is it the work of the Russians (Boris might know), an educated guess, or true ?
