Casual footwear

BBC Director of Content Charlotte Moore gave a punchy performance on the R2 Steve Wright Show yesterday afternoon. (You can't always tell if the guests are as non-stop as they appear, with all the enthusiastic 'tidying up' of pre-recorded interviews that is a feature of this labour-intensive show).

Charlotte revealed she's one of the 90% of BBC staff working from home, and has stopped wearing either boots or high heels for Zoom meetings. One of her teenage children is having a harder time; her chosen school asks that pupils don full school uniform for online teaching.

Her main point was to plug this Thursday's Big Night In telethon on BBC1. Was she also perhaps prepping some interview lines to put before BBC Chairman Sir David Clementi ?
